Judges Named in Appeal
The judges were named in the AMRN appea: They are Dyk, Reyna, and Hughes. I believe the large drop in AMRN this morning may be at least partially due to this. Reyna would be seen as favorable because he came out favorable on one of the key cases relied on by AMRN, the cyclobenzaprine case. Dyk could be seen initially as unfavorable because he came out on the side of obvious for one of the key cases relied on by the defendants, Novo v. Caraco. Hughes was not on either of those 2 prior cases. We are digging deeper into the judges and will report back later on that.
