DOES AMP THINK THIS EVENT IS LIKELY TO MOVE THE STOCK, AND IF SO HOW MUCH?

Of all the activity in this appeal, this is probably the second most important event with respect to possible stock price move, beside the actual ruling. First, it will be informative to see the 3-judge panel that is named, especially if any of the judges have a strong bias for or against patent holders in ANDA obviousness cases. Then questioning will be important to see which issues the judges are focusing on, and whether their questioning provides a clue into their thinking
