NEPHRO CRRT study. 5/14/24- Due to initial delays, topline data that was available by 9/30 has been revised. 8/19/24- First patient enrolled in registrational study. 11/13/24- Cont. enrollment until H1 2025; study completion by 2025. 1/14/24- FDA agreed to review PAS requesting reduction in the number of patients.

INTUNE Study. 5/25/23- Completed enrollment. 10/13/23- Announced topline data. 10/1/24- Reported new data at Investor Day. Submit sNDA in Q4 2024. 2/19/25- Initiate Ph3 registrational trial in Q4 2025.

InsiGHTS trial. 2/28/23- Complete enrollment in Q3 2023 & anticipate to report data in Q4 2024. 12/16/24- Achieved primary objective at 26-wk. 52-wk results in 2025. 2/11/25- Plan to submit IND application in Q3 2025.

6/20/24- Advanced to pediatric cohort. 11/7/24- Topline results in 2025.

2/13/24- Received FDA FTD. 3/28/24- Presentation at GBM summit '24. 4/25/24- Present trial in progress at ASCO '24 on June 1st. Updated Ph1b (Arm C) data in H2 2024. 5/30/24- Granted Orphan Drug Designation. 11/5/24- Preclinical data at SITC '24. 3/13/25- Biomarker and initial OS data in Q4 2025.

LOTIS-5 study. ZYNLONTA was approved on 4/23/2021. 12/30/24- Completed enrollment of LOTIS-5 study (Phase 3 confirmatory trial). Topline data by end of 2025.

Ph3 clinical trials, X-TOLE2 and X-TOLE3. 11/3/22 Initiated X-TOLE2; complete enrollment by late 2024/early 2025. Plan to initiate X-TOLE3. Both studies will run in parallel. 8/8/24- First topline data readout in H2 2025.

KURRENT-HN trial: Dose escalation ongoing and initiate dose expansion in mid-2024. 2/26/25- Data in H2 2025.
